TOWN OF WHEATLAND - LEGAL NOTICE - PUBLIC HEARING


Notice is hereby given that the Town Board of the Town of Wheatland sets Thursday, March 2, 2023, at 6:00 P.M. at the Wheatland Municipal Building as the time and place for a Public Hearing to consider the following:



Re-Zone roughly a 12.013 acre strip presently zoned as Village Industrial (VI) to Residential (R-12) to be compatible to the adjacent/contiguous Residential (R-12) zoning in the Hamlet of Mumford. Please access the map on the public access site or contact the Town Clerk’s Office.
