Boards & Commission Meeting Minutes
All Boards and Commission meetings are held at the Wheatland Municipal Building located at 22 Main Sreet, Scottsville, New York , with meetings generally conducted on a regular monthly cadence unless such date conflicts with a legal holiday. At regular meetings of the Boards and Commission, the public has the right to attend and listen to the deliberations. The public may participate upon the invitation of the board or commission chairperson.
Meeting agendas are provided through this website via the Town of Wheatland Calendar. Select the desired meeting in the calendar to view the associated agenda when available.
Each meeting of the Town Board and the volunteer Boards and Commissions for the Town are open to the public. Meeting agendas are published and followed as part of each meeting's protocol, with minutes of the meeting recorded by the designated meeting Secretary and then published when approved by the associated body. Where applicable, the annual regular meeting schedule for Town Board meetings and volunteer Boards and Commissions meetings are provided below. Meetings will begin promptly at the times indicated in the current meeting and event schedule. Documentation for meetings held prior to the most recent meeting schedule are provided in a separate document archive.

If there is no hyperlink present for the desired meeting, then the meeting minutes for that meeting date are not yet available.
