Where is Wheatland Located?
The Town of Wheatland is located in southwestern Monroe County, in the western portion of New York State. The eastern boundary of the Town is formed by the Genesee River and the borders with the Towns of Henrietta and Rush. The southern boundary of the Town is formed by the border between Monroe and Livingston counties, which is the same as the border with the Town of Caledonia. The western boundary of the Town is formed by the border with the Town of Leroy. The northern boundary for the Town is formed by the border with the Towns of Riga and Chili.
General Directions to Wheatland
From the North or South, take Route 390 South to exit 11, and proceed west on Route 251 to the Village of Scottsville. For the Hamlet of Mumford, proceed south on route 383. From the East, take Interstate 90 to exit 47, proceed south on Route 19 to North Road and proceed east to the Village of Scottsville. For the Hamlet of Mumford head south on Route 36. From the West, take interstate 90 to exit 46, proceed on Route 390 South to exit 11, and proceed west on Route 251 to the Village of Scottsville. For the Hamlet of Mumford, proceed south on route 383.
